Chasing late payers is time intensive, can be acrimonious and in extreme cases, may mean the difference between financial buoyancy and crippling cash-flow problems. Our DebtFree service can free you from the worries of cash collection and credit control.

The first step is to send a "Letter of Demand". This will be sent the same day your instructions are received and often this is all that is needed to solve the problem. If no other action is required, then our charge for this is just $40.00 plus GST. If the debtor fails to respond we can then issue court proceedings on your behalf.

We charge a fixed fee for each case depending on the amount of the debt, as we recognise that our clients require an assurance as to the costs of their matter, without the worry and anxiety of unexpected legal costs.
